What is Lev?

Lev is a mobile app that gives dog owners the ability to discover pet-friendly locations, connect with other dog owners by sharing posts, collect rewards for daily walks, and redeem points (bones) in the Lev marketplace.

Prioritizing a simpler UI and a more effective user experience, here are some area’s within the app that were focus points.

  • Adding and verifying new pet-friendly locations

  • Marketplace and reward system

  • Onboarding experience

  • User’s dashboard and referral program

  • New chat flow with suggested message integration

Main improvement:

  • Replacing tap and hold feature to add a location with a button that integrated seamlessly with the map tools

  • Allow users to drag their screen to fixed pin location

  • Provide users an input field to enter address manually

  • Adding snack bar alerts for actions that users cannot accomplish

  • Encourage more interaction and exploration by allowing users to visit newly added locations and verify whether they are dog-friendly or not. This improves the accuracy of locations and utilizes verification as a form of location control
